Hi, the game is still in development so a lot of interactions/mechanisms are still not implemented, further updates will add scenes/events where Mayu will be more proactive in the relationship. Also, the save is automatically done at the beginning of each in-game day, if it still doesn't work, downloading the game would certainly fix it.
